We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We loved the free parking and the fact that the bus stop was right outside the hotel - it made getting to the gondola so easy! Our room was cleaned daily and was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for lactose-free and vegan guests. we had a great experience!

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest ski resort and provided us with ski hire. Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view of the stunning mountain landscape. The hotel had a sauna which was perfect after a long day.
The receptionist seemed to have a lack of interest in their work. The breakfast buffet lacked variety and did not cater to those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel offers a convenient location, with a free bus stop right outside that drops guests at the gondola for easy access to skiing. the rooms are comfortable, warm, and clean, with a sauna available to relax after a day on the slopes. the hotel owners are friendly, hospitable, and provide excellent service, even taking guests to the ski school and arranging ski/lift rentals. Guests have raved about the delicious breakfast and included amenities such as a lovely atmosphere and family-friendly environment.
The hotel may benefit from making relaxation areas more comfortable after the sauna, as one guest recommended improvements in this aspect.

Spent Christmas at a ski hotel in Austria this year, and it was a lot of fun. the location was great - just a short walk from the slopes. the food was amazing, especially the cheese fondue night. the hosts were super friendly and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome.
The rooms were a bit small and cramped. We had trouble fitting all of our luggage in.
